Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended Chief Commissioner Office’s decision about cancellation of a newspaper’s declaration and sought reply from the department. The court allowed the management of the newspaper daily ‘Taas’ to continue its publication from Islamabad. Justice Athar Minallah of IHC heard the case against the suspension of newspaper’s declaration filed by its management.
